SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Scoville Cycle Service (“SCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

When you opt in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from SCS concerning appointments, estimates, repair or service updates, questions, approvals, pickup notices, other customer-care matters, and occasional SCS offers or promotions. We do not use this program to send third-party marketing or lead-generation messages.

CONSENT AND ENROLLMENT

You may opt in through an SCS written intake or repair form or another method that clearly discloses the messaging program. If you initiate a text conversation with SCS, we may respond with customer-care messages related to your request. Promotional messages will be sent only when you have provided the applicable consent.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from SCS.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, estimates, service activity, questions, and any promotional communications you have agreed to receive.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms govern charges to your account.

OPTING OUT

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to an SCS message. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out request was received. After that, we will stop sending text messages to that number unless you opt in again.

ELIGIBILITY AND NUMBER OWNERSHIP

You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify SCS if you stop using or controlling that number.

DELIVERY

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and program availability are subject to carrier and network availability and are not guaranteed.

PRIVACY

Our handling of mobile information and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy at https://scovillecycleservice.com/privacy-policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
